Teen empowerment workshop

As a fellow parent, I understand how complex it is raising teens in today's fast-paced and ever-evolving world. In this workshop, myself and Chelsea McGee will equip you with the necessary techniques to calm your nervous system by utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Breathwork, Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, and the power of sound vibrations using Integrative Sound Healing.

We will also provide you with invaluable resources to efficiently regulate your autonomic nervous system during stressful moments or before encountering challenging situations. And show you ways to become more mindful, focused, creative and productive in your everyday life.
