1. Mindset


Everything starts in the mind. Letting go of limited beliefs and understanding a growth mindset is the first step to making any lasting change. Almost anything we believe we can conceive, yet we have to stop the story we are telling ourselves, and know that we can accomplish anything we put our minds to! In this module you will also learn tiny habits that will help you accomplish this goal and start you on your journey to fullfilled and happy life! 

2. Nutrition


Socrates knew back in 489 BC “let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food” In this module I will educate you on the proper foods (no diets) that are not only good for the brain, but for the body as a whole. This is a twofold course in which you are not only feeding your brain for optimal cognitive acuity, but also fueling your body for sustainable energy and at the same time losing weight and feeling happier and healthier.  I will focus on Plant Based Nutrition in this course. 

3. Exercise


No, you don’t have to spend 6 days a week in a gym. In this module let me eliminate that myth and show you fun easy ways to get the heart pumping and the blood flowing to shed weight and get lean. And also, how exercise has one of the most profound impacts on stress reduction, increased self-esteem, well-being, and is shown to lower risk of death from all causes.  

4. Nourishing the mind


Learning and discovery. Just like physical exercise is wonderful for our brain, we also need to exercise it in challenging way which could similarly improve brain health. The fact that when we don’t nourish the brain, we start the downward spiral of cognitive decline, which is why some studies have linked retirement to poorer health and a decline in cognitive functioning — at times resulting in as much as double the rate of cognitive aging. This leaves people at a greater risk of developing various types of dementia, such as Alzheimer's disease. In this module I will show you easy steps and cognitive stimulating activities that could slow the process of cognitive decline and feel sharper.

5. Sleep and relaxation


This is a key component in overall heath and wellness. It's crazy to know that 10’s of millions of people in the modern world are sleep deprived. And if you think you can get away with just 4-5 hrs of sleep than you are mistaken. New studies have shown that chronic inadequate sleep puts people at a higher risk for dementia, depression, mood disorders, learning and memory problems, heart disease, high blood pressure, weigh gain and obesity, diabetes, fall related injuries and cancer. Not only that, but lack of sleep is even associated with making bad decisions. In this module I will give you the top secrets to a much deeper and sounder sleep.

6. Connection


Meaningful relationships with another person brings love, happiness and comfort to an individual’s life. And there is plenty of science to back up the fact that we need social connection to thrive, especially when it comes to our overall health.
